We have developed four bakery mixes, which contain the finest natural ingredients, which when combined with other ingredients in the recipes which we provide, produces reliable dough which can be used to make both SWEET and SAVOURY Kürtőskalács / Chimney cake / Trdelnik, Baumstriezel.
Our mixes include the ORIGIGINAL recipe, which contains cow’s milk and a VEGAN STYLE version, which contains coconut milk powder.
Two of the mixes are CONCENTRATE, which requires the end user to add their own flour, whereas two of the mixes are COMPLETE, which contains all the flour required in the recipe. The COMPLETE mixes are especially useful for those making the product in countries which don’t have the correct type or quality of flour.

Orange zest & Juice.

Contains vitamin C, a natural food preservative. Works well with both the sweet & savoury version.

Fresh or dried yeast.

Suggested amounts in recipe, however when using dried yeast, check the package for the recommended dosage.
